Summer Truffle Market at Scalini

This June, Scalini Dubai is bringing the rich culinary heritage of Italy to the city with the launch of its exclusive Summer Truffle Market, in partnership with Casinetto and the renowned San Pietro Pettine.

The month-long activation, running from June 14 to July 14, invites guests to explore a curated selection of seasonal truffle products and experience the artistry of traditional Italian cuisine. The market will be set against the elegant backdrop of Scalini, located in the Restaurant Village at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. It will showcase a variety of artisanal ingredients sourced directly from Umbria.

Guests can purchase premium items, including truffle-infused olive oils, fragrant truffle salts, sweet truffle honey, and whole black summer truffles – a rare find for home chefs and truffle enthusiasts alike.

To mark the opening of the Summer Truffle Market, Carlo Caporicci, owner of San Pietro Pettine, will be making a special appearance on Saturday, June 14.

Caporicci will host a live pasta-making demonstration as part of the launch, offering guests a glimpse into the traditional craft of shaping fresh pasta varieties such as tagliolini and ravioli. Guests attending the event will also be treated to a bespoke tasting menu, with each dish elevated by the distinct aroma and flavour of freshly shaved summer truffles.
